This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, strategize, and implement engaging livestream experiences utilizing generative AI tools for real-time graphics, scripts, and interactive audience involvement.

• Work collaboratively across departments including marketing, creative, product, and technical teams to formulate captivating content strategies that align with brand and business objectives.

• Incorporate AI-driven tools to improve production quality and enhance scalability.

• Resolve technical challenges in real-time to guarantee smooth, high-quality broadcasts.

• Remain at the forefront of generative AI and livestreaming developments, actively introducing fresh ideas and innovations to the team.

• Test new formats to foster audience growth and increase engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in AI-driven content creation, generative AI, creative technology, or a similar field.

• Established background in producing and managing livestreams, preferably within e-commerce, media, or digital content sectors.

• Strong grasp of generative AI tools and their practical uses in content creation.

• Technical expertise in livestreaming platforms, production tools, and basic troubleshooting (OBS, streaming software, APIs, etc.).

• Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze analytics and convert insights into actionable improvements.

• Outstanding storytelling abilities and a keen awareness of audience engagement and digital trends.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting while managing multiple live productions concurrently.

• Proficient in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
