AI Literacy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of the AI Literacy program, learning operations, and product delivery for market readiness.

• Design and implement AI literacy initiatives aimed at employees across all levels, with an initial emphasis on certification programs and large-scale social learning events.

• Collaborate effectively with product, technology, communications, Corporate Affairs, Responsible AI Literacy, Learning & Performance leaders, and technical teams.

• Develop strategies for cultural transformation and engagement that enhance organizational alignment on AI initiatives.

• Identify workflow opportunities specific to roles and assist teams in integrating AI into their business processes.

• Create and implement customized education programs, training modules, and resources for leaders and partners.

• Organize and execute high-impact events such as AI Symposiums, Digital Learning Days, and Hackathons.

• Develop marketing materials and campaigns for AI literacy events in collaboration with Corporate Affairs.

• Lead the mapping, management, and engagement of stakeholders.

• Produce enterprise-ready content that communicates the value of AI throughout the organization.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of AI learning programs and go-to-market initiatives.

• Establish and track metrics related to adoption, engagement, capability, and business impact.

• Utilize generative AI to enhance outcomes, efficiency, cognitive capacity, and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 5 years of experience in AI or technology education or Go-to-Market roles OR a Master’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.

• More than 5 years of experience leading large-scale AI or technology transformation programs within complex Fortune 500 environments.

• Proven experience in building partnerships with cross-functional teams and managing diverse workloads to meet deadlines.

• Agile, PMP, and/or Prosci certifications are preferred.

• Demonstrated success in executing L&D or GTM technology programs, ideally within the biopharma, technology, or AI sectors.

• Knowledge of adult learning theory or learning experience design related to technology skills.

• Proficient in using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Lovable.

• Practical skills in creating Custom GPTs, Workspace agents, and other automation solutions.

• Understanding of AI solutions and digital transformation trends, especially in the life sciences field.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Experience in producing executive-level content and reports.

• Capable of working independently with minimal guidance as well as collaboratively to achieve consensus.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams for GTM and technical education initiatives.

• Skilled at navigating ambiguity and functioning in a startup mode within a large, complex organization.

• Background in AI/software development or IT delivery is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI&D product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.

• Knowledge of enterprise learning ecosystems, layered literacy models, role-based enablement, or function-led training coordination.

• Experience in developing or deploying AI-enabled tools for enablement.

• Familiarity with human-centered design, service design, product management, UX research, or responsible AI practices.
