AI Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize workflows with significant impact for the automation of agentic AI across various business sectors.

• Design AI agents and multi-agent systems to enhance and automate business processes.

• Work collaboratively with AI Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to convert use cases into technical implementations.

• Establish and enforce guidelines for AI agents, including accuracy thresholds, explainability, and bias mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to provide advice and consultation on pilot initiatives.

• Monitor and report on critical success metrics such as productivity improvements, cycle time reduction, user adoption and satisfaction, as well as output quality and precision.

• Continuously enhance agents based on user feedback, data insights, and changing business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in banking, consulting, product management, or digital transformation roles.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects that involve both business and technology teams.

• A strong track record and expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, or automation technologies, ideally within enterprise environments.

• Experience in commercial banking, credit, underwriting, or operational roles.

• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, including model risk and responsible AI practices.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product operating models.

• Background in consulting, digital transformation, or innovation-focused roles.
