AI Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the AI team in the design, development, and implementation of AI and machine learning models and solutions.

• Formulate and implement the AI strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and emerging industry trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, product management, and business units, to identify AI-driven opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.

• Oversee AI projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with company goals.

• Mentor and nurture the AI team by promoting skill development, teamwork, and innovative thinking.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and methodologies, and evaluate their relevance to business challenges.

• Clearly communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

• Promote best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and security within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• At least 7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions at scale.

• Strong familiarity with AI frameworks and programming languages, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, and R.

• Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.

• Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• In-depth understanding of data governance, ethical AI practices, and data privacy regulations.

• Capability to convert complex AI concepts into business value and strategic initiatives.

• Proven history of successfully leading AI initiatives from conception to production.
