AI Integrations Staff Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assessing and choosing the most suitable AI models for our products based on business needs and specifications.

• Designing and implementing evaluation frameworks and configuring observability platforms to monitor AI performance in production environments.

• Working in collaboration with our data science team to optimize AI models for peak performance in our offerings.

• Creating and maintaining AI-driven application features utilizing Python.

• Testing and validating the effectiveness of AI models in real-world situations and resolving issues as they occur.

• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in AI technology and identifying innovative opportunities within our products.

• Engaging directly with our CTO and engineering team, as well as collaborating across various functions to continuously enhance our platform and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, including a track record of building a successful production application within a modern web framework.

• Strong understanding of AI models, including familiarity with agent SDKs, agent harnesses, and fine-tuning processes.

• Solid engineering fundamentals with experience in various back-end technologies.

• Capability to design new features centered around data models with an emphasis on accuracy, security, and performance.
