AI Integration Specialist, Italian Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Transform the strategic goals of the Leadership Team into AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

• Design, develop, and implement AI tools, agents, and automation solutions throughout the organisation.

• Identify opportunities for automating repetitive, low-value tasks, enabling teams to concentrate on higher-value activities.

• Ensure that AI solutions are aligned with business objectives and contribute to long-term organisational growth.

• Design, develop, and maintain systems for the collection, organisation, and visualisation of business data.

• Create dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate performance monitoring and informed decision-making.

• Guarantee the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of business data within AI-powered systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine reporting needs and suggest data-driven enhancements.

• Research, evaluate, and test new AI technologies, automation platforms, and digital tools.

• Propose innovative solutions that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.

• Keep abreast of advancements in artificial intelligence and identify opportunities for application.

• Advocate for best practices in AI adoption throughout the organisation.

• Maintain and optimise the organisation's suite of AI tools, digital platforms, and intelligent agents.

• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security.

• Resolve technical issues and implement ongoing improvements.

• Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with changing business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) – a must.

• Proficient in English.

• At least 3 years of experience in AI Integration, Automation, Business Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience in implementing AI-powered tools and workflow automation solutions.

• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning concepts, and automation platforms.

• Experience in designing dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in integrating digital platforms, APIs, and business systems.

• Outstanding organisational and project management skills.

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
