AI Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• AI Solution Design & Development: Independently create and develop comprehensive AI solutions, including agents, multi-step workflows, and integrations.

• Platform Configuration & Administration: Set up and oversee AI platform environments, which encompass agent deployment, knowledge base architecture, data connector configurations, access controls, and workspace organization.

• Data Orchestration & Integration: Establish connections, shape, and manage data pipelines between various business systems such as Salesforce, Totango, Jira, Redshift, and Snowflake, as well as the AI platform.

• Technical Problem-Solving & Debugging: Independently identify and resolve complex challenges within the AI solution stack.

• System Integration & Extensibility: Enhance platform functionalities through existing integration frameworks and create custom connectivity solutions as required.

• Workflow & Automation Development: Design and implement automated workflows and multi-step procedures within AI platforms.

• Program Champion Enablement: Collaborate with program champions integrated within Proofpoint's Services teams.

• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain documentation for features, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and capability guides.

• Business Consulting & Opportunity Identification: Actively comprehend business workflows and discover AI opportunities.

• AI Landscape Evaluation: Monitor advancements across the broader AI landscape and assess the influence of emerging tools on the team's activities.

• Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of AI solutions and independently identify areas for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• 4 to 7 years of experience in a technical role, business consulting, or AI integration position.
