This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and sustain an ongoing AI roadmap tailored to the practice, in alignment with the enterprise AI strategy and growth priorities of the practice.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases that promise the greatest business and client impact for the practice.
• Convert AI opportunities into well-defined business cases for the National Practice Leader, practice leadership, and clients.
• Guide day-to-day operations, set priorities, and oversee performance for AI developers within the practice.
• Take ownership of practice-level adoption, active utilization, and business impact — ensuring that AI tools are incorporated into essential workflows and delivering measurable value.
• Act as the prominent representative of AI within the practice — sharing new tools and capabilities that resonate with consultants.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in insurance brokerage, benefits consulting, HR advisory, or a closely related professional services field.
• At least 3 years in a leadership, strategy, or innovation role.
• Proven record of leading technology adoption, digital transformation, or organizational change initiatives.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools in a work setting — including prompt engineering, assessing model outputs, and developing prototypes with custom GPTs, Copilot agents, or low-code automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier).
• Familiarity with operating in a matrixed organization, influencing across practice, product, and corporate functions.
