This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and sustain agentic systems that consistently gather, process, and highlight signals from social platforms, on-chain data, and advertising ecosystems. Transform unrefined, multi-source data into organized intelligence that guides real account and campaign decisions.
• Create and manage the pipelines that support these systems: taking in data from various external APIs, enhancing and modeling the data, and establishing semantic layers that can be utilized by both humans and AI agents.
• Construct multi-step AI agents that automate research, synthesis, monitoring, and reporting. These are not simple LLM wrappers, but coordinated systems with memory, defined tools, and structured output schemas that teams can rely on.
• Develop full-stack applications and dashboards that render intelligence accessible across client accounts. These are live tools, not static presentations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, PR, content, growth, and social before writing any code. Analyze how work genuinely flows, pinpoint where signal gaps introduce friction, and create systems that address the needs of multiple teams from a unified architecture.
• Keep abreast of developments in the AI tooling landscape. Determine when a no-code connector is appropriate and when custom solutions are necessary. Specify how impact is measured, and create the reporting to validate it.
• Proficient in Python: pipelines, agent systems, data processing, and scripting.
• An active GitHub profile showcasing a significant commit history, rather than just forks and tutorials.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs for building integrations, not just configuring connectors.
• Proficient in SQL: schema design, beyond merely pulling rows.
• Full-stack development experience: Next.js or equivalent; you have launched something that users interact with in a production environment.
• Familiarity with LLM API usage: direct experience with Anthropic or OpenAI APIs, including agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom solutions).
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG: embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and semantic search.
• Experience in ingesting and merging data from various external sources: social APIs (X, LinkedIn), ads APIs (Meta, Google), or similar multi-source environments.
• Capability to convert raw signals into structured, actionable outputs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in building dashboards or reporting layers that others rely on operationally, not just internal notebooks.
• Familiarity with no-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) as part of your toolkit, but not the foundation of your practice. You utilize them when they genuinely offer the quickest route to a dependable outcome. A skilled developer who knows when to employ no-code will always excel over a no-code specialist who cannot manage the more complex technical tasks.
• Experience with Dune Analytics or similar SQL querying against on-chain data.
• Understanding of wallet activity, token flows, and what on-chain behavior indicates about an entity or protocol.
• Working knowledge of how GTM and marketing teams operate daily: PR, content, growth, and social. Enough insight to recognize where intelligence systems provide substantial leverage. Experience in the crypto space is a significant advantage.
• Competitive Salary
• Health Insurance (US Only)
• 401(k) (US Only)
• Remote Work Environment
• Parental Leave
