This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead the technical integration process for new clients, converting their business needs into platform configurations.
• Identify and resolve intricate issues related to performance, integrations, and system settings.
• Serve as the 'voice of the customer', pinpointing recurring bugs and proposing feature improvements.
• Deliver high-quality support for current clients, leveraging AI-driven tools to expedite resolutions while ensuring a compassionate, human touch.
• Interpret technical concepts into accessible language for stakeholders.
• Document and escalate critical bugs to the engineering team while effectively managing customer expectations throughout the resolution process.
• Minimum of 3 years in a technical support, implementation, or solutions engineering position (experience in SaaS is preferred).
• Background in working with AI/ML platforms or data-intensive enterprise software.
• Proficiency in using debugging tools (such as browser development tools and log aggregators).
• Capability to excel in a dynamic, 'build-as-you-go' environment.
