AI for Business Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver engaging, live online courses over an 11-week period utilizing student-centered instructional methods.

• Create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere that encourages active learning and student involvement.

• Offer prompt, constructive feedback and address student inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Conduct weekly office hours to enhance student comprehension and foster community connections.

• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to jointly manage the course, including guiding the TA on effective grading and student engagement techniques.

• Assess student performance, keep accurate grade records, and submit evaluations at mid-quarter and the end of the quarter.

• Work alongside colleagues and Campus staff to exchange best practices and continuously enhance instruction.

• Participate in co-curricular programming (e.g., speaker series, networking events) to enrich the student experience.

• Remain updated on industry trends and pedagogical advancements relevant to your subject area and online education, including the effective integration of AI tools within our curriculum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the college or university level.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation abilities.

• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and video conferencing software.

• Proficient digital fluency and the capability to effectively integrate AI-driven educational tools into teaching methodologies.

• A proactive, dependable approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality online education.

• A strong passion for equity, access, and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.

• Availability to dedicate 8-10 hours per week per course, with some flexibility for training sessions.
