This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of AI-enhanced cinematic video content.

• Expand contemporary production workflows across various projects and shows.

• Function as an individual contributor in the initial phases, taking ownership of the production process from prompting and AI generation to editing and final assembly.

• Progress into a leadership role overseeing AI “generators.”

• Oversee production workflows and guarantee consistent creative quality.

• Explore various models and tools to achieve the desired visual results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in cinematic narrative filmmaking, editing, or directing content driven by stories.

• Practical experience utilizing AI-assisted video generation tools and workflows.

• Experience in converting scripts into visual outputs through prompting and creative direction.

• Strong editing and post-production skills with Final Cut Pro, Avid, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable editing software.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire post-production process.

• Candidates whose experience is mainly focused on social media content, advertising, or non-narrative formats will not be suitable for this position.
