This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Produce short films and videos utilizing AI-driven photo and video generation technologies.

• Edit and polish AI-generated content to create high-quality, engaging visuals.

• Collaborate with colleagues in the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts for Tether and other associated brands.

• Ensure that all video content adheres to brand guidelines and effectively conveys essential messages.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI filmmaking tools and techniques, integrating innovations into your workflow.

• Oversee multiple projects with stringent deadlines, ensuring timely completion.

• Explore creative formats, styles, and effects to generate unique and memorable content.

• Demonstrated experience in video production and editing, supported by a robust portfolio.

• Proficiency in AI video generation tools (such as Runway, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL-E, or similar).

• Expertise in video editing software (including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

• Strong creative storytelling abilities with an acute eye for visual composition and detail.

• Capability to quickly conceptualize and implement ideas using AI tools.

• Understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to customize content for social media platforms.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines.
