• Serve as the credibility expert for the pod

• Collaborate closely with partner teams to pinpoint AI solutions

• Facilitate discovery sessions and gather requirements

• Perform hands-on demonstrations customized to specific workflows

• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementations

• Anticipate regular travel to client sites, potentially exceeding 50% of the time

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of extensive experience in grocery retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG)

• Profound expertise in grocery industry verticals

• Proven track record of conducting consultative discovery processes

• Experience in steering organizational change management

• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence

• Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within North America
