AI Engineering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish the long-term architectural vision and AI engineering standards for critical system-level products.

• Spearhead the promotion, design, and organization of a collaborative native AI development ecosystem, encompassing scalable Spec-Driven Development (SDD), Intent Development, and Harness Engineering methodologies.

• Oversee the technical and economic governance of AI models, carefully balancing token expenses, latency, security (corporate guardrails), and data privacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in generative AI, large language models (such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.), virtual assistant development, and natural language processing (NLP).

• Practical experience with vector databases, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG, including GraphRAG), prompt engineering, and context engineering.

• Proficient in orchestrating agents using code-first frameworks (like LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Strands, CrewAI, Autogen, or similar), and designing multi-step/multi-agent workflows with function calling and structured outputs.

• Strong backend development skills (in Python or a similar language), with experience in microservices, event-driven architectures, AWS cloud governance (ECS, security, observability), and advanced model benchmarking and monitoring.

• Background in building and designing internal AI engineering frameworks, libraries, or platforms for use by other teams.

• In-depth knowledge of the code-agent assisted development cycle, standardization of Agent Skills, SDD (Spec-Driven Development), and Intent Development as solid architectural contracts interpretable by autonomous agents.

• Capability to design platform-level Harness Engineering infrastructures, including CI/CD pipelines for continuous semantic validation of coding agents.
