AI Engineering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the squad's technical authority on matters related to AI Engineering and Software.

• Oversee the technical and architectural design of solutions utilizing AI Agents, LLMs, and RAG architectures.

• Make complex technical decisions concerning scalability, security, performance, and system integration.

• Create high-quality solutions adhering to software engineering best practices.

• Establish technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for the advancement of the AI platform.

• Engage directly in the development of essential solutions.

• Convert business requirements into technically feasible architectures and solutions.

• Guide developers and share technical expertise within the team.

• Shape strategic decisions regarding the adoption and growth of AI throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend software engineering.

• Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

• Practical experience in developing solutions with Generative AI.

• Demonstrated experience in creating AI Agents for enterprise settings.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, or similar.

• Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

• Experience in integrating LLMs and coordinating agents.

• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance metrics.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Cloud environments (preferably GCP).

• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and component-based engineering.

• Capability to comprehend complex business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
