This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

• Lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions aimed at optimizing supply chain processes.

• Create and manage agentic AI systems to facilitate automated decision-making.

• Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Design user-facing applications utilizing React, with a significant emphasis on UX/UI.

• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.

• Guide technical decisions and establish best practices within the AI engineering team.

• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of high performance in engineering.

• Extensive experience in AI/ML engineering and in developing production-level systems.

• Experience in building or working with agentic AI systems.

• Proficient in frontend development using React.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a user-centered design approach.

• Experience in integrating predictive models into business operations.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to lead technical projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Advanced English proficiency required (both written and spoken).
