This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the design and development of platforms and systems powered by AI, collaborating with senior engineers on intricate initiatives.

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for complex projects, from identifying problems and designing systems to rolling them out in production and making iterative improvements.

• Develop AI-enhanced features, intelligent automation, and agentic systems that elevate customer experiences and boost team productivity.

• Integrate AI capabilities into current team workflows, products, and processes, ensuring that solutions fit seamlessly.

• Incorporate AI functionalities into customer-facing products, internal tools, and operational workflows.

• Create full-stack components that encompass backend services, APIs, data layers, and frontend interfaces.

• Convert business and operational challenges into maintainable, AI-driven technical solutions with guidance from senior colleagues.

• Utilize systems thinking to guarantee reliability, performance, and security across platforms.

• Collaborate with engineers, teams, and stakeholders throughout the organization to comprehend requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

• Participate in production support and incident response for team-managed systems, acquiring operational best practices.

• Engage in code reviews and knowledge sharing to enhance skills continuously and contribute to team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, platform engineering, or similar roles.

• Practical experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems in production settings.

• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and frontend frameworks such as React.

• Proven track record in designing and managing production-grade full-stack systems.

• Experience with distributed systems, internal platforms, or intricate data workflows.

• Ability to navigate effectively through ambiguous problem spaces and drive solutions with minimal guidance.
