AI Engineer – LLMs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and implement architectures based on agents (LLM + Agent Systems)

• Build systems with: Task orchestration

• Context and memory management

• Tool / function calling

• Create non-deterministic conversational flows based on AI.

• Integrate agents with: REST APIs

• Webhooks

• Corporate systems

• Messaging platforms (webchat, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Develop AI solutions in cloud environments (especially GCP / Vertex AI).

• Advanced prompt design: Context control

• System instructions

• Handling ambiguity and edge cases

• Implement strategies for: Reducing hallucinations

• Quality assessment of responses

• Enhancing conversational experience

• Ensure system quality: Scalability

• Robustness

• Maintainability

• Guardrails

• Define observability systems: Conversation logs

• Quality metrics

• Continuous evaluation

• Collaborate with technical teams (backend/frontend) and product stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer / LLM Engineer

• Practical experience working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

• Experience in designing systems: Agent-based AI

• Advanced conversational systems

• Solid knowledge in: Advanced Prompt Engineering

• Context management

• Model evaluation and improvement

• Experience in integration: REST APIs

• Webhooks

• Backend systems

• Experience in cloud environments, preferably: GCP (Vertex AI)

• Cloud Functions / Cloud Run

• Knowledge in designing scalable and robust architectures.

• Ability to work independently and exercise technical judgment.

• Product-oriented with a focus on user experience.
