AI Engineer II – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design, development, and management of AI-driven internal platforms and systems, focusing on initiatives built from the ground up, particularly in Marketing.

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for intricate projects, encompassing problem identification, system design, production deployment, and iterative improvements.

• Create and implement AI-enhanced features, intelligent automation, and orchestration systems that improve customer experiences and boost productivity across teams.

• Integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products, internal tools, and operational workflows, ensuring that solutions fit seamlessly and provide measurable benefits.

• Develop full-stack systems that encompass backend services, APIs, data layers, and frontend interfaces.

• Convert vague business and operational challenges into scalable, maintainable, AI-enabled technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, platform engineering, or similar fields.

• Practical experience in designing, constructing, and deploying AI-powered systems in production environments.

• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and frontend frameworks like React.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing production-grade full-stack systems.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, internal platforms, or complex data workflows.

• Capability to effectively navigate ambiguous problem areas and drive solutions with minimal oversight.
