AI Engineer II – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and ownership of AI-driven internal platforms and systems, including initiatives developed from scratch with a primary focus on Marketing.

• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, encompassing problem identification, system design, production rollout, and ongoing iteration.

• Design and implement AI-enhanced features, intelligent automation processes, and orchestration systems that improve customer experiences and boost productivity across various teams.

• Integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products, internal tools, and operational workflows, ensuring that solutions blend seamlessly and provide measurable value.

• Construct full-stack systems that encompass backend services, APIs, data layers, and frontend interfaces.

• Convert ambiguous business and operational challenges into scalable, maintainable, AI-enabled technical solutions.

• Utilize robust systems thinking to ensure reliability, performance, security, permissions, and auditability across all platforms.

• Work closely with engineers, teams, and stakeholders throughout the organization to pinpoint high-impact opportunities and promote adoption.

• Engage in production support and incident response for the systems you manage, contributing to the definition and maintenance of reliability and operational best practices.

• Guide AI team members through code reviews, design critiques, and hands-on mentorship, elevating the overall quality of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, platform engineering, or similar roles.

• Practical experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems in production environments.

• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and frontend frameworks such as React.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing production-grade full-stack systems.

• Background in working with distributed systems, internal platforms, or complex data workflows.

• Capability to navigate effectively in ambiguous problem scenarios and drive solutions with minimal guidance.
