AI Engineer I – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the conceptualization and development of AI-enhanced platforms and systems, collaborating with senior engineers on intricate projects.

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for complex initiatives, including problem identification, system architecture, production deployment, and iterative improvements.

• Develop AI-driven functionalities, intelligent automation, and autonomous systems that enhance user experiences and boost team efficiency.

• Integrate AI functionalities into existing team workflows, products, and processes, ensuring seamless incorporation.

• Embed AI capabilities into customer-facing applications, internal tools, and operational workflows.

• Construct full-stack components that encompass backend services, APIs, data layers, and user interfaces.

• Transform business and operational challenges into sustainable, AI-enabled technical solutions with guidance from senior colleagues.

• Employ systems thinking to guarantee reliability, performance, and security across platforms.

• Collaborate with engineers, teams, and stakeholders throughout the organization to comprehend requirements and deliver impactful outcomes.

• Engage in production support and incident management for team-owned systems, acquiring operational best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, platform engineering, or similar fields.

• Practical experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered systems in production settings.

• Strong command of Python, SQL, and frontend frameworks like React.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing production-quality full-stack systems.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, internal platforms, or intricate data workflows.

• Capability to navigate effectively in uncertain problem areas and drive solutions with minimal oversight.
