AI Engineer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the design and development of AI-driven platforms and systems, partnering with senior engineers on intricate projects.

• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from identifying problems and designing systems to production launch and ongoing refinement.

• Develop AI-enhanced features, intelligent automation, and agentic systems that elevate customer experiences and boost team efficiency.

• Integrate AI functionalities into existing workflows, products, and processes, ensuring that solutions fit seamlessly.

• Create full-stack components that encompass backend services, APIs, data layers, and frontend interfaces.

• Work together with engineers, teams, and stakeholders throughout the organization to grasp requirements and deliver meaningful solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, platform engineering, or similar roles.

• Practical experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems in production settings.

• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and frontend frameworks like React.

• Documented experience in designing and managing production-quality full-stack systems.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, internal platforms, or complex data workflows.

• Capacity to function effectively in uncertain problem environments and drive solutions with limited guidance.
