This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Create AI-driven applications, including chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, voice agents, and agentic workflows.
• Implement integrations of large language models (LLMs) through foundation model APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google AI.
• Construct and enhance RAG pipelines, focusing on document processing, chunking, embedding, and retrieval.
• Utilize prompt engineering and context engineering methods to refine LLM performance and output quality.
• Seamlessly integrate AI functionalities into existing software infrastructures.
• Establish observability and monitoring frameworks for AI applications.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
• Develop tests, engage in code reviews, and address issues within AI applications.
• Optimize AI solutions for enhanced performance, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Adhere to established coding standards and development workflows.
• Collaborate with AI Solutions Architects to execute technical specifications.
• Work alongside project teams and quality assurance to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide accurate effort estimates.
• Keep abreast of the latest AI tools and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in building applications from initial requirements through to deployment.
• Previous experience with AI/LLM projects is highly advantageous.
• Proficient development skills in at least one modern programming language (Python is strongly preferred; other acceptable languages include TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and API integration processes.
• Understanding of software architectural patterns and industry best practices.
• Comfortable using Git for version control.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models and their practical implementations.
• Enthusiasm for working with LLM APIs and engaging in programmatic interactions.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering techniques.
• Interest in RAG, chatbots, voice agents, or agentic systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to decompose complex problems into manageable parts.
• Quick to learn new technologies.
• Effective communication skills in English.
