This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and validation of Machine Learning solutions, ensuring they align with project goals.
• Direct the design of AI solution architectures that fulfill intricate business objectives and promote innovation.
• Investigate, test, and select the most suitable tools and technologies, as well as AI solutions, to satisfy business needs.
• Lead and mentor cross-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and aiding in the development of individual skills.
• Comprehend client requirements and translate business challenges into data science tasks.
• Design and supervise the execution of data pipelines and workflows, establishing standards for data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to plan and manage the development of AI applications.
• Clearly and concisely present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage tasks within an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Over 6 years of professional experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions (Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Optimization, NLP, LLM, Computer Vision, GenAI).
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end Machine Learning projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in developing ML algorithms from inception to production deployment.
• Strong programming capabilities in Python: adept at writing clean code, OOP design, and extensive knowledge of ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/Tensorflow).
• Demonstrated experience in deploying solutions within cloud environments - GCP.
• Background in collecting, analyzing, and monitoring LLM usage data, including token consumption, forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization of AI workloads.
• Knowledgeable in applying LLMs (semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, RAG).
• High proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Outstanding communication skills and consulting experience with direct client interaction.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles (GitHub and GitHub Actions).
• Acquainted with MLOps practices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka is an advantage.
