AI Engineer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and implement intelligent agents and end-to-end automation flows.

• Integrate AI tool APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, etc.) with both internal and external platforms.

• Develop and maintain automation flows using n8n as the primary tool.

• Configure and manage agent orchestrators like Dify and LangGraph across various environments.

• Establish technical and organizational guidelines for AI projects (solution architecture, RAG, security and privacy, vectorization, conversational memory, metrics, stack, and deployment).

• Document solutions, best practices, and reusable patterns to promote coherent and sustainable development.

• Collaborate with development teams (including other technical profiles and technical leaders) to translate business needs into technical solutions, utilizing GitHub/GitLab as part of the workflow.

• Work closely with internal areas (Service Lines, Knowledge, leaders of Círculos Multiplica) and external AI providers to ensure high-value deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing Fullstack digital solutions using Python/Script and JavaScript for the backend, and React for the frontend.

• More than 3 years of direct experience in automation with n8n, Make, or Zapier.

• At least 1 year of experience working with AI tool APIs, particularly Gemini (at the API level, not just as a user), as well as connecting ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini with external systems.

• Essential experience with **Dify** and LangGraph as agent orchestrators.

• Over 1 year of experience implementing intention engines and agent orchestrators (single and multi-agent), RAG, vectorization, and conversational memory.

• Proficient in version control and collaborative work within development teams (GitHub, GitLab).

• Availability to work REMOTELY from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
