AI Engineer – ElevenLabs, Contractual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the existing ElevenLabs environment to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and scalability challenges.

• Establish and implement best-practice architecture along with operational standards for:

• Configuration of call agents

• Management of the estate

• Reporting and operational visibility

• Strategize and carry out migration activities from the current setup to an enhanced target-state architecture.

• Optimize and stabilize AI voice workflows and integrations.

• Identify and suggest the most appropriate middleware solutions for client integrations and operational workflows.

• Develop comprehensive technical blueprints, operational procedures, and SOP documentation for ongoing platform management.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to AI workflows, integrations, and automation processes.

• Enhance system reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency throughout the platform.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and deliver practical solutions swiftly.

• Contribute innovative ideas for automation and process enhancements through AI-driven tools and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with ElevenLabs in production settings.

• Demonstrated experience in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting ElevenLabs voice agents and workflows.

• Background in defining best practices for ElevenLabs deployments, encompassing call agent configuration, reporting, and estate management.

• Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, and middleware-driven architectures.

• Experience with Twilio or similar telephony/contact center platforms.

• Ability to independently evaluate existing systems and implement scalable technical enhancements.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across cloud-based and AI-powered systems.

• Proficient in documenting technical solutions, standards, and operational procedures.

• Capable of working with a high degree of ownership and minimal oversight.

• Strong communication abilities and adeptness in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capacity to balance quick execution with long-term maintainability and operational stability.
