AI Engineer, Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Architect and deliver production-grade LLM applications

• Create effective RAG pipelines that function efficiently at scale

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to manage issues from beginning to end

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models, tools, and agents

• Work alongside the Head of Data & AI to establish the technical architecture

• Execute retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines

• Design and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) solutions

• Construct and maintain MCP servers

• Set up standards for MCP host/client configuration, access control, and observability

• Adopt MLOps and LLMOps methodologies

• Work in tandem with data engineers and platform teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT Services

• Essential skills include expert-level Python proficiency

• Familiarity with LLMs & GenAI

• Experience with RAG systems

• Proficient in prompt engineering

• Knowledge of AWS ML / MLOps

• Experience with Vector DBs

• Understanding of model versioning

• Proficiency in REST APIs

• Experience with Docker / containers

• More than 6 years of practical Python experience

• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying LLM-powered applications

• In-depth knowledge of RAG

• Strong skills in prompt engineering

• Practical experience with AWS

• Solid foundational knowledge in machine learning

• Comfortable working with embedding models

• Preferred: Experience with agentic frameworks

• Experience with fine-tuning

• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks

• Proficiency in MLOps tools
