This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the development and integration of AI elements like LLMs, agents, predictive models, and intelligent pipelines into applications and enterprise systems, particularly in financial, tax, and regulatory scenarios.
• Play a key role in shaping the technical architecture of solutions, considering factors such as scalability, resilience, security, governance, cost, and sustainability.
• Conduct technical reviews and critical evaluations of models, pipelines, integrations, and architectural choices.
• Convert strategic requirements from business sectors into impactful AI solutions.
• Assist in creating solutions for analysis, automation, simulations, and decision support related to Tax Reform.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation to ensure traceability, reusability, and clarity in decision-making.
• Guide and nurture less experienced professionals by sharing engineering best practices and promoting responsible AI usage.
• Develop presentations, technical documents, and alignment materials tailored for various audiences.
• Engage in prioritizing requests and managing project scope.
• Disseminate knowledge on AI frameworks, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and intelligent applications.
• Facilitate technical discussions with DevOps, Engineering, Security, and Architecture teams.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend evolutionary paths that align with the company’s strategy.
• Expertise in Python or Java, with hands-on experience using AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Background in NLP, computer vision, and generative AI, including LLMs, agents, RAG architectures, and protocols such as MCP.
• Strong command of software engineering best practices, covering modularization, testing, observability, versioning, code review, and delivery quality.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud services for deploying, monitoring, and operating AI solutions in production environments.
• Capability to design integrations between models, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Proven experience in documenting technical decisions, models, processes, and architectures.
• Proficiency in conveying technical results to business areas and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to convert business challenges into scalable and sustainable AI solutions.
• Technical leadership, standards establishment, and team mentorship.
• Strong collaboration with both business and technology sectors.
• Critical thinking and a systems-level perspective.
• Clear communication with technical and executive audiences.
• Ongoing interest in trends and the responsible use of AI.
