AI Engineer – Contractual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the existing ElevenLabs environment to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and scalability challenges.

• Establish and enforce best-practice architecture and operational standards for:

• Call agent configuration

• Estate management

• Reporting and operational visibility

• Strategize and implement migration initiatives from the current setup to an enhanced target-state architecture.

• Enhance and stabilize AI voice workflows and integrations.

• Identify and suggest the most appropriate middleware solutions for client integrations and operational workflows.

• Develop clear technical blueprints, operational procedures, and SOP documentation for the ongoing management of the platform.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across AI workflows, integrations, and automation processes.

• Enhance system reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency across the platform.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize improvements and deliver effective solutions swiftly.

• Offer suggestions for automation and process enhancements using AI-driven tools and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with ElevenLabs in live production settings.

• Demonstrated experience in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting ElevenLabs voice agents and workflows.

• Proven track record in defining best practices for ElevenLabs deployments, including call agent configuration, reporting, and estate management.

• Strong comprehension of integrations, APIs, and middleware-driven architectures.

• Experience with Twilio or similar telephony/contact center platforms.

• Ability to independently evaluate existing systems and implement scalable technical enhancements.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across cloud-based and AI-powered systems.

• Experience in documenting technical solutions, standards, and operational procedures.

• Comfortable working with high ownership and minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to balance swift execution with long-term maintainability and operational stability.
