This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design and develop agentic systems, including single agents, multi-agent orchestration, and sub-agent patterns tailored for intricate workflows (planner/executor, supervisor/worker, hierarchical task decomposition).
• Create MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools that provide internal systems, datasets, and actions to LLM-powered applications in a secure, governed, and reusable manner.
• Implement retrieval systems (RAG, hybrid search, graph-based retrieval), encompassing strategies for chunking, embedding, re-ranking, and context assembly.
• Construct and sustain MLOps automation: CI/CD for models and agents, environment management, artifact handling, and versioning for prompts, models, data, and code.
• Establish observability for AI systems, including tracing, token/latency/cost metrics, quality and drift monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and export across various sources and destinations.
• Present well-structured, governed datasets and APIs that agents, tools, and downstream users can depend on.
• Ensure secure data management and adherence to relevant data protection standards and internal policies.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and the ongoing enhancement of the data platform and engineering processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in Data or ML Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years delivering AI or ML systems in production.
• Proficient in Python (typed code, async, testing) and strong fluency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience in building agentic applications using frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or the Anthropic/OpenAI Agents SDKs, including tool utilization, memory management, and multi-step reasoning patterns.
• Practical experience with MCP or similar tool/function-calling protocols; adept at designing tool schemas and defining sub-agent boundaries.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector stores (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate), and embedding models.
• Knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure) and deploying data solutions in the cloud.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles: CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or similar), IaC (Terraform), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes or serverless alternatives).
• Comfortable in building and maintaining data pipelines using orchestrators (Airflow/Composer, Dagster) and distributed engines (Spark, BigQuery).
• Strong troubleshooting skills: ability to diagnose issues across data, infrastructure, pipelines, and deployments.
• Collaborative attitude and effective communication with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Competitive compensation package.
• Access to myPOS Academy for professional development and training.
• Unlimited access to courses on LinkedIn Learning.
• Referral bonus for bringing in friends, as we understand that working alongside friends enhances the experience.
• Team-building events, social activities, and networking opportunities on a multinational scale.
