AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable AI products utilizing LLMs to enhance Yuno’s payment orchestration platform.

• Develop and refine prompts to guarantee high-quality outputs from LLMs tailored for specific applications, including customer service, fraud detection, and payment support.

• Design, evaluate, and iterate prompts to attain peak performance for AI models.

• Analyze and enhance outputs based on feedback mechanisms and user interaction data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI features into current payment systems and workflows.

• Ensure smooth interaction between AI solutions and Yuno’s core services.

• Remain informed about advancements in LLMs, prompt engineering, and related AI disciplines.

• Experiment with emerging technologies to discover opportunities for product innovation at Yuno.

• Utilize payment and user interaction data to refine AI models and enhance product performance.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and adhere to best practices in AI ethics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive Experience with LLMs: A proven history of developing and launching products utilizing models like GPT or similar.

• Prompt Engineering Expertise: Skill in designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for targeted outcomes and applications.

• Programming Proficiency: Strong background in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• API Integration: Proficient in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party platforms.

• Vector Database Knowledge: Practical experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS for semantic search and embedding retrieval.

• Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech Technologies: Familiarity with tools such as Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text for voice-enabled solutions.

• Scalability: Experience in developing and deploying scalable AI systems within cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to conceptualize and execute AI-driven solutions for intricate business challenges.

• Fluent English.

• Familiarity with NLP libraries like Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs.

• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
