This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

• Collaborate with product managers and various stakeholders to comprehend business needs and create data-driven solutions.

• Partner with operations and product teams to establish and enhance datasets sourced from human experts.

• Configure machine learning tools and oversee data pipelines.

• Iteratively develop AI solutions with evaluations to automate tasks, generate predictions, and refine processes.

• Implement and monitor AI systems in production to ensure optimal performance.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience with context engineering and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., ADK or LangChain).

• Familiarity with AI services offered by cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Capability to manage problems from start to finish and take initiative in learning new skills.

• Experience with machine learning libraries like PyTorch or Scikit-learn.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.

• A valid work permit for Sweden is required.
