This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Design, implement, and enhance automations utilizing tools such as n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.

• Construct dependable integrations across platforms like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, WhatsApp, CRMs, and more.

• Create AI-driven workflows including transcription pipelines, chatbots, meeting assistants, and voice-to-form solutions.

• Develop and uphold data dashboards and automated reporting pipelines via AirTable, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, and Sheets/Excel.

• Deploy and oversee AI models in production settings, ensuring continuous monitoring and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, outline workflows, and convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Document workflows, integrations, and automations to promote transparency, scalability, and ease of maintenance.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate).

• Strong understanding of API integration principles (REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON).

• Experience in automating processes across tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, and CRMs.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, transcription/voice tools).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive mindset towards reliability.

• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
