AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop multi-agent frameworks utilizing LangGraph

• Create stateful, tool-enhanced agents proficient in reasoning, planning, and execution

• Formulate agent orchestration methodologies (planner-executor, supervisor, hierarchical agents)

• Implement memory architectures (short-term, long-term, contextual memory)

• Facilitate communication and coordination among agents

• Construct production-level LLM applications (RAG, agents, copilots)

• Integrate tools, APIs, and enterprise systems into agent operations

• Design effective prompting, routing, and safety measures

• Enhance workflows focusing on latency, cost efficiency, and quality

• Create reusable AI services, agent frameworks, and APIs

• Deploy agent-based solutions on AWS

• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application deployment

• Implement monitoring and observability using LangSmith

• Assess agent performance based on reasoning quality and task completion

• Refine workflows through feedback loops and tracing

• Identify and resolve failure modes in multi-step processes

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish agent-driven workflows

• Advise teams on optimal practices for agent design

• Contribute to the development of reusable patterns and frameworks

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, copilots)

• Proficient in LangGraph / LangChain

• Experience with multi-agent systems

• Strong skills in Python and backend development

• Knowledge of agent design patterns, planning, memory, and tool utilization

• Familiarity with integrating APIs and enterprise systems

• Ability to troubleshoot multi-step reasoning pipelines

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Understanding of observability and performance enhancement

• Experience with AI gateways and model routing (preferred)

• Exposure to cost optimization and safety measures (preferred)

• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems (preferred)
