This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Join the Agentic Ants team as our second native AI engineer.

• Collaborate with the team to build and enhance our agentic systems.

• Share responsibility for the evaluation framework.

• Engage with both Synera MAS and Synera Assistant.

• Work alongside the broader engineering team to gain deeper insights from customer data.

• The evaluation framework is operational with golden datasets across various agent surfaces.

• Co-manage at least one agent surface with the team and become the primary contact for evaluation methodologies at Synera.

• You align with Synera's Core Values.

• You have designed and deployed agent graphs in production using LangGraph or a similar tool.

• You have built or made significant contributions to an LLM evaluation pipeline.

• You are proficient in writing production-quality Python (FastAPI, PostgreSQL).

• You have experience working with at least two of the following: Anthropic, OpenAI/Azure, Bedrock, or Vertex AI.

• You are familiar with Langfuse, LangSmith, or comparable tracing tools.

• You effectively manage reliability when it arises in your work.

• SLO thinking is advantageous.

• You communicate clearly and are willing to challenge ideas when necessary.
