This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop workflow automation solutions utilizing enterprise automation platforms or comparable tools to optimize operations for both internal and external clients.
• Design AI-driven agents to automate tasks and enhance user productivity.
• Construct and sustain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications and LLM-powered solutions employing vector databases and orchestration frameworks to improve data retrieval and generation capabilities.
• Collaborate with business teams to analyze data, create pipelines, and pinpoint automation opportunities.
• Influence business strategies based on insights derived from data analysis.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in object-oriented programming, with the capability to design and develop modular, maintainable code, alongside a robust understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles, including advanced usage of distributed version control systems for collaborative development.
• Over 5 years of programming experience, with at least 3 years in Python; possessing a strong grasp of data pipelines, machine learning implementation, and best practices for clean code.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-based applications, including RAG architectures utilizing orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and LLM operations/monitoring tools.
• At least 1 year of practical experience with workflow automation platforms or similar technologies.
• More than 2 years of experience in accessing and manipulating data using relational or NoSQL databases.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative team member who excels in Agile environments.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new tools and technologies.
• Recent experience in an AI workflows role or familiarity with production LLM operations, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, cost optimization, and managing the LLM application lifecycle (preferred).
• Experience in commodity markets (preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise automation platforms or relevant automation certifications (preferred).
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and unified analytics platforms (preferred).
• Understanding of cloud services, big data technologies, large-scale data analytics tools, and API integration (preferred).
