AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of an AI Engineer (w/m/d), you will take charge of the design and functionality of our AI agents.

• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to transform AI prototypes into robust, dependable, and scalable production systems while continuously enhancing them.

• Design and implement reliable AI systems.

• Establish metrics, perform systematic evaluations, and execute A/B testing.

• Work alongside Data Scientists to transition prototypes into production.

• Assess and integrate the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Consistently apply software engineering best practices, including testing, clean code, and solid architecture.

• Maintain a curious mindset and actively investigate new technologies, implementing them where they deliver tangible value.

• Collaborate effectively in agile, cross-functional teams focused on rapid delivery, learning, and iteration.

• Utilize Python and AI frameworks such as Pydantic-AI, LangGraph, or similar to develop robust solutions.

• Employ Docker and docker-compose for application containerization.

• Use Git confidently as a fundamental tool for team collaboration.

• Bonus (preferred): Bring experience with SQL, Spark, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, Jenkins, or Java, and apply it to enhance our systems further.
