AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance agentic AI systems, which encompass autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, and components powered by large language models (LLMs).

• Create and implement integrations for Model Context Protocol (MCP) and orchestrate agent layers.

• Establish and maintain AI software development lifecycle (SDLC) pipelines, tools, and automation logic throughout the development process.

• Execute agentic AI patterns, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent task automation.

• Utilize tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, and various AI engineering environments.

• Assess emerging models, frameworks, and toolkits in the realm of agentic AI.

• Develop proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes to evaluate scalability, reliability, and architectural suitability.

• Recommend optimal designs based on thorough research and clear evaluation of trade-offs.

• Collaborate with product teams, architects, and clients to identify requirements and shape agentic AI solutions.

• Convey complex technical concepts in a clear manner to non-technical stakeholders.

• Advise clients on the adoption of AI tools in both new and existing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 1 year focused on AI Agentic Systems.

• Strong hands-on development skills, preferably in JavaScript/TypeScript; Python, Java, or Go are also acceptable.

• Practical experience in implementing agentic AI architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and MCP integrations.

• Comprehensive understanding of the AI model lifecycle, including prompting, evaluation loops, and continuous improvement.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage end-to-end technical delivery.

• Experience in consulting or possessing strong client-facing communication abilities.

• A mindset geared towards curiosity and experimentation.

• Proven experience in conducting POCs, technical evaluations, or benchmarking methodologies.
