This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and create a Google-based Agentic Orchestration layer that integrates with existing internal applications.

• Develop, integrate, and test capabilities for agentic orchestration utilizing Google Agentic Orchestration.

• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors to facilitate agent-to-system communication and data exchange.

• Incorporate general LLM capabilities to enhance agent decision-making and interaction processes.

• Construct dependable and auditable agent interactions to replace outdated workflow automation.

• Work closely with Murali and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical design aligns with business requirements.

• Validate and troubleshoot agent behaviors and orchestration flows in environments that replicate production conditions.

• Assist in transition planning and handover from existing vendor solutions to the new agentic model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Specialist-level hands-on experience with Google Agentic Orchestration.

• Proven experience in integrating agents with enterprise systems through Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Practical understanding of general LLM integration to support agent behavior and orchestration.

• Familiarity with Azure and ability to function effectively in an Azure-informed environment.

• Level 3 (Advanced) or Level 4 (Senior/Lead) seniority with a history of successfully delivering complex orchestration projects.

• Experience in designing and implementing solutions that transition from workflow-based automation to agentic interactions.

• Strong skills in debugging, testing, and validating agentic systems and integrations.

• Experience collaborating directly with senior stakeholders and technical leads.
