AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design and implement LLM-based solutions and RAG architectures that address genuine business challenges.

• Engage in the complete lifecycle of AI features: from problem identification to data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Collaborate with existing data pipelines for tasks such as preprocessing, feature extraction, and model inference.

• Seamlessly integrate AI solutions into the company’s cloud infrastructure, prioritizing scalability, security, and performance.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to incorporate AI capabilities into products and internal tools.

• Utilize AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as an integral part of your development process.

• Assist in pinpointing areas where AI can deliver quantifiable benefits to business operations and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Software Development role, with a minimum of 1 year dedicated to AI/ML engineering.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying LLM-based or RAG solutions in a production setting.

• Strong programming capabilities in Python, including practical experience with async patterns and FastAPI.

• Proven, hands-on experience utilizing AI coding tools in a production engineering environment.

• Knowledge of integrating AI solutions into cloud-based systems (preferably AWS).

• Competence in database management, data manipulation, and working with distributed systems.

• A solid understanding of algorithm design, statistics, and data science principles.

• Effective communication skills in a remote setting — clear written communication and dependable asynchronous collaboration.
