AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using LLMs within a corporate setting;

• Expertise in agent systems, workflows, chains, or multi-agent frameworks;

• Familiarity with platforms such as LangGraph, Agno, LangChain, or similar alternatives;

• Capability to devise strategies for orchestration, memory management, context handling, tool utilization, and integration with corporate data resources;

• Experience in defining guardrails, fallback procedures, observability, security measures, and human-in-the-loop systems;

• Proven ability to convert business use cases into scalable and effective technical designs;

• Excellent communication skills to act as a technical resource for internal teams and leadership;

• Responsible for developing and executing artificial intelligence solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and algorithm implementation;

• Knowledge of programming languages for AI (e.g., Python, R) and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch);

• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP);

• Proficiency in Computer Vision;

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning;

• Experience in Deep Learning;

• Familiarity with Artificial Neural Networks;

• Understanding of optimization algorithms (e.g., genetic algorithms, particle swarm optimization);

• Skills in pattern recognition;

• Knowledge of signal processing;

• Experience with expert systems;

• Understanding of fuzzy logic;

• Proficiency in algorithms for clustering, classification, regression, recommendation, anomaly detection, and text processing;

• Fluency in English and/or Spanish.
