AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain lightweight AI tools and agents that assist internal teams and streamline operational workflows.

• Automate repetitive processes across teams to minimize manual efforts and enhance efficiency.

• Create internal scripts, services, and automations that integrate workflows and data throughout the organization.

• Enhance system reliability by improving monitoring, error handling, and documentation practices.

• Aid in the optimization of internal data infrastructure by refining ingestion, transformation, and operational reporting workflows.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and devise scalable technical solutions.

• Participate in the continuous development of NoGood’s AI-native Growth OS, influencing how work is conducted across teams.

• Assess new AI technologies and automation tools to improve internal operations.

• Document systems and deliver internal training as needed.

• Promote a culture of technical excellence, efficiency, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in AI engineering, data engineering, systems engineering, automation, or technical operations.

• Strong expertise in Python and developing API-driven integrations or automations.

• Experience working with cloud environments and contemporary data infrastructures.

• Familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML workflows, and the deployment or integration of model-driven systems.

• Proficient in mapping internal processes and converting them into scalable, automated solutions.

• A systems-oriented mindset with a focus on reliability, monitoring, and long-term maintainability.

• Ability to work collaboratively across growth, creative, analytics, and operations teams.

• High level of ownership, a proactive approach, and comfort with ambiguous or evolving challenges.
