AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems tailored for practical business applications.

• Establish and oversee agentic workflows, which encompass orchestration, tool utilization, and communication between agents.

• Develop connections between agents and enterprise systems, including APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms.

• Utilize semantic layers and contextual data models to enhance agent reasoning and overall performance.

• Implement and oversee architectures similar to Model Context Protocol (MCP), ensuring effective context sharing and tool connectivity.

• Collaborate with data and platform teams to maximize the use of Databricks and contemporary data stacks.

• Guarantee that solutions are production-ready, scalable, and in compliance with governance and security standards.

• Convert business challenges into agent-based AI solutions with well-defined technical execution strategies.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in agentic AI frameworks and large language model ecosystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing AI agents or agent-based systems.

• Strong comprehension of multi-agent architectures, tool usage or "skills" within agents, and agent orchestration patterns.

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable methods for context and tool integration.

• Practical experience in coding agent solutions (beyond just using no-code tools).

• Proficient programming abilities in Python.

• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication processes, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with large language model frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent.

• Experience with semantic layers or knowledge representation is highly advantageous.
