• Design and develop AI agent systems from start to finish utilizing Claude.

• Create MCP connectors for various platforms.

• Incorporate Claude Code into your daily engineering processes.

• Craft prompts and evaluation rubrics with corresponding sets.

• Review current automation processes to identify AI enhancement possibilities.

• Suggest and execute AI improvements to existing workflows.

• Produce high-quality code in Python and TypeScript / JavaScript.

• Establish observability for logging and monitoring purposes.

• Routinely assess MDS workflows for potential enhancements.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and other experts in the field.

• Over 3 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in Python and TypeScript / JavaScript.

• Proven practical experience with Claude.

• At least one completed project involving an LLM agent or MCP.

• Fundamental knowledge of modern web development.

• Experience with API and webhook infrastructure.

• Adherence to engineering best practices: Git, code reviews, testing, environments, and observability.

• Familiarity with our internal tools: Airtable, Go High Level, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Slack.

• Proficient with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, or similar).

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) sufficient for documentation purposes.
