This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Development of Conversational Agents: Design and enhance AI agents for customer service, negotiation, and conversion across various channels such as WhatsApp, voice, and webchat.
• LLM Management: Utilize frameworks like LangGraph (or similar) to implement flows, managing context, memory, tools (tool calling), and conversation states.
• Prompt Optimization: Design, test, and refine prompts for diverse scenarios (collections, sales, support), ensuring consistency and high performance.
• Integration of Tools: Connect agents to APIs and external systems (e.g., Pix payment generation, data lookup, CRM), enabling actions within conversations.
• Quality Assurance in AI: Oversee responses, mitigate hallucinations, and ensure compliance with business rules.
• Personalization Strategies: Utilize contextual data (customer profiles, history, segmentation) to enhance interactions and make them more effective.
• Experimental Approaches: Conduct A/B testing on methods, flows, and prompts, continuously enhancing agent performance.
• Observability in AI: Monitor usage, costs, latency, and response quality metrics (LLM monitoring).
• Cost Management: Develop strategies to lower the cost per interaction (model selection, caching, fallbacks, etc.).
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with backend, product, and operations teams to ensure AI creates tangible business value.
• Experience with LLMs: Practical experience using models such as GPT, Claude, or similar.
• Prompt Development: Capability to structure effective, predictable prompts for a variety of scenarios.
• Agent Management: Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• API Integration: Experience in integrating with APIs and utilizing tool calling.
• Programming Skills: Strong backend development expertise (preferably in Node.js or Python).
• Contextual Management: Proficiency in managing conversation memory, state, and flow control.
• AI Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze and resolve unexpected model behaviors.
• Version Control: Experience with Git.
