AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create a platform for deploying AI agents within corporate settings

• Design and develop platforms specifically for AI agents

• Assess, integrate, and advance the latest methodologies in Agentic AI

• Connect with enterprise systems including SharePoint, Outlook, Confluence, and Teams

• Coordinate advanced language models and enhance their application

• Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle within a small, impactful team

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• In-depth, current knowledge of LLMs — encompassing models, benchmarks, frameworks, and agent-based architectures

• Familiarity with RAG systems, prompting strategies, and agentic systems

• Proficient programming skills, preferably in Python and TypeScript with React/Next.js

• Experience or interest in technologies for managing complex software systems, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong sense of accountability and the capability to identify risks proactively

• Motivation and self-discipline to uphold a high quality standard

• Proficient in using modern tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency
