AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• Developing systems powered by AI technologies

• Incorporating LLMs and RAG solutions

• Engaging with cloud services, data pipelines, and model-centric functionalities

• Partnering with global teams to define technical specifications

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, Backend Engineer, or in comparable positions

• Proficiency in integrating LLMs, RAG systems, AI services, or agent-based processes

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent AI orchestration platforms

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, encompassing testing, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Background in Python or TypeScript for backend development is advantageous

• Experience with event-driven architectures is beneficial

• Frontend development experience is a plus

• Proficient English communication skills - Minimum B2 level, with C1 preferred
