AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Integrate LLMs and various GenAI models into web applications through effective API design and execution.

• Develop and enhance API endpoints to facilitate smooth, real-time communication between front-end applications and back-end AI models.

• Create and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance microservices for the deployment of AI models.

• Construct robust back-end systems in Python to support the deployment, scalability, and ongoing maintenance of GenAI models.

• Develop and sustain data pipelines, encompassing data preprocessing and post-processing of AI model outputs for application usage.

• Utilize Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration, ensuring scalable deployment and management of AI applications.

• Establish continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing and deployment of code updates.

• Oversee a scalable and secure cloud infrastructure, using platforms like Google Cloud Platform or Azure for model training, storage, and deployment.

• Leverage vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or Faiss) to manage and retrieve embeddings for effective similarity searches and recommendation systems.

• Optimize and fine-tune LLMs to enhance performance according to application requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience as a full-stack developer, preferably focused on AI model integration.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Comprehensive knowledge of GenAI models and LLMs, with experience in model selection, tuning, and embedding strategies.

• Experience in API development and integration to enable communication between front-end applications and AI models.

• Practical knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker, and container orchestration with Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI model deployment and scalability.

• Skilled in vector databases and their integration with LLM models to enhance application functionality.

• Understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and caching solutions (e.g., Redis).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, code versioning (Git), and DevOps methodologies.

• Excellent command of both English and Polish.
