AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the engineering, product, and data teams to incorporate machine learning models and AI-driven features into the platform.

• Design AI systems, train models, and deploy them at scale on cloud infrastructure.

• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to pinpoint AI opportunities that align with business goals.

• Gather, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to construct and train machine learning models.

• Develop end-to-end pipelines for the deployment of AI models, encompassing data collection, feature engineering, model training, and production deployment.

• Continuously enhance the performance and accuracy of existing models by monitoring them in production and iterating based on user feedback and new data.

• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI systems by optimizing them for performance on cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and trends in machine learning, deep learning, and AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an AI/Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role.

• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Demonstrated experience in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models in a production setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.

• Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning models.

• Proficient in Python, with familiarity in other programming languages (e.g., Java, C++).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and deploying AI solutions in a cloud-native environment.

• Familiarity with MLOps best practices, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
